Commonly Asked Questions:

1: How long does it take? The entire process takes about 30-45 minutes, but it's totally up to you how much time you want to spend and how quickly you move through the process. Candles take about two hours to cool before they can be taken home. You can take that time to visit one of the close-by restaurants or bars, or you can pick up your candles anytime within the two weeks following your visit. Note...if you wish to pour a candle & pick it up the same day, please be sure to reserve a time at least three hours before we close to ensure your candle has time to cool completely. 

2: How much does it cost to pour a candle? Our custom pour options start at $24.00, the price ultimately, depends on the style and size of the vessel you choose. We source a wide range of unique vessels, so your creation can be as unique as you are.

3: Do I need a reservation to pour a candle? We strongly recommend a reservation for the custom pour experience and for large groups. Walk-ins will be welcome based on availability.
